Cop beats a guy with baton for no reason.

Guy gets out of the car with empty hands in the air and kneels when the cop orders him too. When he's on the ground the cop just starts beating him with his baton for no apparent reason. Passenger comes out towards the victim to see wtf is going on and he later gets tasered, not shown in video.
