Clarification on NA servers

I misunderstood Sneye and stated that teams can use their own game server; however, this is only true for EU teams. NA bracket teams have to use 1 of the official tournament servers. This is mainly due to the fact that we can control the rules/scripts/settings/ and other things on them so that the matches are as uniform as possible.

Note: You can still use your own Vent/TS. The tourney vent is only provided as a backup or gathering point if someone needs an admin/help.
