This is what they are referring to, basically majority of our tanks need to refurbished and refitted with armor, so they arent "owned" by the military until that is done, and what not so they are just sitting in warehouses waiting for that to be done. Also, the we have a lack of troops and skilled mechanics/ engineers to repair alot of the out of service equipment used for training and other things, the break is basically just to train, repair and rebuild, and wait until the 80+ tanks get refurbished. but everyone knows the canadian army is relatively small, which is why they want to have an OPERATIONS BREAK. I think the whole reason why ppl were upset about this was because right after this broadcast the next day 4 Canadian soldiers died, but i guess they should have just thought about what they were saying before they said it, some ppl dont care, some ppl are taking it to serious, and joel just has to much time on his hands thats why he posted it . Personally, i feel that wat was said was wrong, but i dont really care, no one was hurt some ppl are just blowing it out of proportion.

This is not Fox News. It is a news comedy aired on their channel. This is not news. Be very careful here. There are countless liberal comedy shows that do the same type of stuff and you get upset about this? Maybe you guys are attacking Fox News because they are popular and are more balanced (I didn't say balanced, "more") than all the liberal leaning news outlets out there? This show is not serious and I can't believe everyone is so uptight about it.

I dont watch or support John Stewart or Steven Colbert. I have had entirely enough satire and sarcasm.
