Mis understanding about why Hades got kicked.

I received this pm from a member of your clan.

My solution to this is I have removed his admin status as I cannot see any reason for him kicking and banning this player even if it was Hades there was no reason for the ban or kick. Then I talk to^AWA^Whiplash so read on.

UPDATE: ALIEN told Whiplash to kick player "Hades" because ALIEN thought the ban was still on for Hades using that "auth being down so I'm going to change name" and anyone can log in as anyone else.
So here are the events that happened:
Alien tells Whiplash to kick ,so Whiplash kicks"YTITNEDi.tsoL"
Doc removes ban within minutes of this happening since it was a mistake.
Hades comes back on and thinks he got kicked because he owned our admins.
Words were exchanged between Hades and admins. Still nobody told Hades that it was a mistake. Someone did mention that we don't like name changers.
Doc tries to explain to Hades what happen and Hades doesn't want to listen to Doc.
Hades finally leaves server claiming to not come back. (Do you blame him at this point) Thinking an admin kicked him for pwning on server.
Next Day: Easter Day
I get PM from clan official from Thanatos asking why did ^AWA^ admin kick Hades who was using his second account "YTITNEDi.tsoL"
I look up event in chat logs and see no reason for kick/ban. Whiplash gets admin status removed.
I PM Thanatos official and explain that I cannot see why ^AWA^ admin kicked/banned "YTITNEDi.tsoL" and tell them I removed Whiplash's admin status.
I see Whiplash in Ventrilo later in the day and he explains why he kicked Hades. (Alien told him to)
I explain to Whiplash that if he would have posted in our forums the reason why he kicked Hades that night all this would have played out different.
Bottom line here: Admins need to post why they kick or ban a player.
If Alien or Whiplash had posted in forums about this kick Whiplash would not have lost his admin status.
Whiplash's admin status was removed for NOT posting in our forums why he kicked/banned a player,even though Alien asked him to do the kicking one of them should have posted about this event in the forums.
Admin status will be re-instated in 2 weeks to Whiplash.

Just my two cents worth, Ramborex has always been fair and willing to listen when I've approached him with a problem. because leadership was involved here, the issue moved away from bickering about who said what or did what, to getting to problem solved.

This is EXACTLY what the new clan association will be pressing for from ALL clans: Get the LEADERSHIP involved, and end the rants and flaming between individual clan members. My congratulations to both Thanatos and AWA for setting the examples and raising the bar for the future!
