Something for all you techies and network guys
i recently purchased majority interist in a company, it is a far from failing company... in teh process of reviewing the assets of the company it came to my attention that this company was working on computers with the newest one running windows 2000 and still sp1 at that...and the 3 servers they had were all still NT 4.0 server..... needless to say that is totally unacceptable... so ordered replacements...

What exactly does this company do?



I think it's cheaper to setup your own servers, cheaper but then again it's pointless if you have the money.
May a squadron of beautiful vaginas find their way to your crotch by day's end.

Nah, the problem with building your own servers is that they aren't covered under warranty, and with a business, you need that.

from a business stand point... there is a lot more involved than simply purchase cost... ROI is a huge factor...as far as the actual install of the servers... that will be handled by both Alex and myself... and maintenance will also be done by us.

i have never dove into Server 2008 or Exchange 2007 so Alex is going to be a big part of that part lol... but the rest of it i will most likely handle....

as far as the business it is an advertising and graphics design agency
