It's probably a ban that carried over from the C banlist. What was it for?

It was discussed here in some detail a while back. All we asked was that he apologize for his behavior, and the ban would be lifted. We discussed it with Ramborex as well. We have the original chat logs and information if needed.

I have no problem with a player making a mistake, and apologizing for it, and getting his ban lifted. Jungle has spent a lot of time complaining everywhere else, but chooses not to take the opportunity we offer to get it lifted. The offer is still open, as always.

As always, it is Thanato's server to do as they choose. If this player had simply apologized and appealed, this could have been settled many months ago. All we've gotten from him is attitude and complaining in everyone else's forums. All the original data is archived and will be made available to Thanatos upon request.

Please do post the chatlogs, but of course you only will post the half that makes me look bad. I am not asking to have the ban lifted from the Company servers because I would not like to play there, I am asking THANATOS if it can be lifted from their server. And I dont complaine I simply tell people-hey im baned from that servers also, because there are so many of us LOL.

Also keep in mind that your server is the only server I have ever been baned/kicked from, no big surprise.

Jungle, your "good" behavior is not in question. We EXPECT good behavior. It was your bad behavior that we took exception to. Your unwillingness to show any type of regret for acting badly is what has kept the ban in place. In looking back, it was based on a simple misunderstanding, that I would gladly take responsibility for and offer my apology for whatever our part may have been.

The conversation began immediately after he rejoined the server, and continued until he was kicked by an Admin. As =[C]=Got-it tried to explain in his post, "

In past posts where Jungleluv complained, his complaint was based on the assumption that it wasn't really a "Random Kick". WHIT3D3VIL69 messaged: "room dickface" which would tend to indicate that others knew it was to make room for a member. WHIT3D3VIL69 then went on to gig Jungleluv by telling him that it was because, "we didn't like him". While there is certainly that possibility, based on Jungleluv's response to it... I hope that wasn't the case. If it was the case, I would apologize for that. It would still not mitigate his response in the server then, nor his continued tirades since then.

If Thanatos should wish to remove the ban, it is certainly their right to do so. However, until we receive an appropriate response from the subject, he will stay banned in =[C]='s servers. We have worked diligently to improve our public relations and to ensure that our guests are treated in a courteous and friendly manner. We expect the same from our guests.

There is little else that I can add to the issues at hand. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

Those actions warrant at least an appology in order for the ban to be even considered for appeal.

we will not remove the ban at this point.. there is quite honestly a simple solution, visit the =[C]= forums at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://thecompanyclan.editboard.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://thecompanyclan.editboard.com</a><!-- m --> and fill out an appeal, since the ban was placed by =[C]= and we find that there is reason enough for a discussion between you and =[C]= to resolve this issue.. if you do decide to go and get this worked out, which honestly both clans hope you do, as much as people think admins like to ban people just because they have the power, it isn't true with either clan here. we both want bans to be worked out... but to even get that ball rolling you have to be willing to walk into a conversation, put any animosity and frustration aside if even for just long enough typ your posts. be respectful and you will be responded to with respect. we do hope to have the chance to have you join us again in game. the ball is in your court
