I found out tonight that I am banned on your server. I was banned once before until I could be check out and the ban was later removed. I recently had trouble on the AWA server where I tked their admin solicitor. I wont deny that it was a childish action, and I wont try to talk my way out of a ban on their servers. However, he was the one who informed me of the ban on your server and i would just like to know why i was banned on his word alone. you may request a background check on me from ACI and im sure the only thing you will find is that i have an indirect link to 1 banned account. Thanatos is not a server i wish to be banned on, i have enjoyed playing here in the past and at one point had high hopes that i would be asked to join. ACI has trained my brother, who is a member of the Fighters For Freedom clan. i would like to point out that if i was a hacker he would not be part of ACI. I am not trying to use my brothers status as an ACI member as a reason to un-ban me, i know he has no power in that area. All I ask is that my case be reviewed with an objective mind. again feel free to contact ACI about me, I have nothing to hide. Thank you for your time-

I understand I have the link but no bad screen shots have ever been taken and ACI has checked me out before and said that I am a clean player. But I had no offenses in your server so I am just wondering how someone from a different clan was able to get me banned.

I remember Oceanic and 24MEU, hacker clan and a hacking player. Didn't even bother hiding it, would go openly hack and shoot everyone around spawn and shit.

He came on here trying to appeal last time too and was denied. Was also on server tonight with his falcon account around the time the hacked admin messages for Rule Da Game were being spammed. So that is kinda odd.

i wasnt the one running that rule da game hack, that was going on when i went into the server on my Gyrfalcon account simply to get your site info. i didnt realize what was going on until indee and some other players were talking about checking the logs

UNless ACI removes the ban, our Autoban will continue automatically kicking him. Show us some evidence that ACI has cleared you and we have something to discuss. Otherwise, it's pretty cut and dried. Sorry... just the way it is.

right but its a link to a banned account and ive been told that i cant appeal the link. the banned account is another kid from my school who played at my house. is there a recommended course of action to get rid of a ban that isnt my account? not trying to be a pain just trying to figure out what to do

The ban is dated from when your IPs overlap. Which means the hacks were being used at your house, when he came over - how could you not notice the big ol' aimbot on his screen?

to be honest i wasnt looking at his screen. we were in two separate rooms. im not trying to make excuses. I realize you have standards to maintain. just kinda want to be rid of this mess and Im having a helluva time

Your best course of action is to learn from what happened and prevent it from happening again when you get a second chance with the arrival of AA3.
