I have demo recs of the TK, he turned to me on mid arch top, waited a few seconds and sniped me point blank. Also, we were getting hacked admin messages while he was on, but after he left(before I was able to kick him) the messages stopped. Its kinda obivious who was doing it. Not only the admin messages, but he was pulling some bs when he killed a few people. I believe his screenshots were black. (I'll post one or two)

in all honosty, one of my clanmates said it best, were adults, were not going to control any one, so sorry about that aspect. but in my clans defense homebrew has had bad blood with freak for a long time, with all due respect i would really like to talk to a neutral admin on this. not going to get cussed at and named called while trying to talk about this in a adult manner. the bad blood is why you think its a intentional tk, and is also why you beleive he hacks.. beleive me, our clan has ran multiple and multiple BG's on him and i assure you we are not tolerate of hackers.

Oh boy, where do I start... I guess I'll start with the colored parts above:
1) Are you sure that some members are? Because they aren't acting like it - and by "they," I mean "he." Your member, Freak, has not only induced "bad blood" with Home - he has posted in multiple THANATOS members' tracker guest books after our match with garbage (I have since deleted this, but have a screenshot of it), he showed incredibly poor sportsmanship and disrespect after the match, and has now done this. So where's this adult you're speaking of? There were issues prior to the match between both teams, as have been discussed. I'm past that, and so is everyone else on our team. It is the bullshit that continues to flow from Freak that we aren't tolerating. This is no exception to that.
2) The "bad blood" doesn't show it's an intentional TK, the logs and screenshots do. As far as hacking, that remains to be seen. I won't make any charged statement on an accusation like that without proof. However, for the TK, there is proof.
3) If you all represent {XxX}, which is the case with any member wearing tags of any clan in my opinion, then why you would want someone representing you the way that Freak currently is representing you is beyond my comprehension. He has shown nothing but immaturity and disrespect. That's how you all want to be represented? I don't believe that.
4) "Shafting [your] clan for absolutely [ridiculous] reasons"? Really? Read 1-3.

Ok look, you are right, nobody can control someone else. That is where that often used (by you guys) statement ends. Here is your mistake, "we all represent {XxX}", meaning Freak is only one out of many. The truth is, one person can and will give ALL a bad rap, and he is. We, and other clans, don't control our members but if they don't meet the clans standard they can hit the road. This is their decision. THAT is the control.

So, let's look at the record so far:
Freak was acting like a spoiled child before the match.
Freak acted unsportsmanlike at the end of the match in chat.
Freak was a jerk when he posted in our forums.
Freak was a big jerk when he posted in our G-books on tracker.
Freak was acting like a turd with his sig.
Freak was a baby when he sent emails like the one below. *
Freak finally ticked someone else off so much (Homebrew) that he was attacked back.
Homebrew apologized like a man.
Freak TK's us on his noob account.

I may have missed some but looking at the above, if he was in our clan he would be long gone. Don't you think it's about time to stop defending this guy?

If you would like to speak to someone not involved feel free to pm myself or a clan leader. However please do realize at this point the immaturity freak has shown, has left us with little other option. In the few years I have known homebrew. I have never known him to be quick to judge and he has a strong track record of being fair to everyone both internal and external. That being said he has 100% support in his decision from our clan and most likely our allies as well. You say you are all adults. Fine he has the freedom of choice. But so do you and you choose to have him create PR issues foe you. It is your clan to run as you see fit. But it is our clan that makes an adult choice to keep the problems he creates away from our family and friends

First off, you don't "control" your members... you "Manage" them. Clans have LEADERS for a reason... It's the LEADER'S job to MANAGE their members by setting examples and setting the tone and direction of their behaviors and attitudes. When I hear a clan LEADER say, "I can't control my members..." It tells me I'm not talking to the LEADER...

The LEADER has the ability to determine what kind of people he leads and who he allows to wear his tags. The LEADER decides what he wants the public face of his clan to be. The LEADER can decide to suspend, terminate, or discipline his member(s). If you call yourself a LEADER but lack the LEADERSHIP skills to do the job, you're only fooling yourself. Everyone else will know who the real LEADER is, or isn't.

This is not a case of, "I can't control my members." A LEADER would already have that control, through respect, discipline and clear and concise rules and codes of conduct for it's members. This appears to be a case of mistaken identity, or a case of the LEADER being incapable or unwilling to do what is needed to make the hard decisions needed in this case.

Freak's behavior has spilled to other servers and has involved other clans. While it is not necessary that Thanatos knows the length and breadth of your disciplinary measures agaisnt Freak, they ARE entitled to hear your sincere and considerable condemnation of Freak's behaviors and be assured that this one of your members will not be or become a problem for them in the future. At the very least, you can assure them that if this continues, Freak will no longer represent your clan. (suspension, terminations, etc.) If you CAN'T do that, then Thanatos is within their rights to sanction your entire clan for a failure to provide those assurances.

You wanted an outside and objective perspective. There is mine. All the above should apply to ANY clan in these circumstances and is not designed to single out {XxX} as the only one that should follow a civilized Code of Conduct that emphisizes good interclan relations.

Like it has been said before Freak represents XXX. It is up to you to do something about it. I have asked and was told something would be done. Doesn't seem to me that has happened. Your leaders now have the last chance to deal with this issue before we take steps to deal with it.

Who pays the TS or Vent? Who admins/owns the Forums? Who decides who joins and who doesn't? Who owns the Clan Tags?

If you truely don't have a defacto LEADER, then it must be the MAJORITY that makes the decisions. Appoint someone to represent the MAJORITY, then address the issue and come up with a solution or an answer. As a group, authorize that person to speak for the clan!

You will never be accepted as a part of the community of clans if you are a leaderless entity that fails to take responsibility for those that wear your tags! Perhaps now is the time to finally legitimize your "group" as a responsible clan! Take this OPPORTUNITY to make some decisions and let a LEADER step forth!
