Guys, you seem to have a hard time understand this. Freak went above and beyond the call of being rude. To be honest, you guys are about to get me spun up. You don't wanna do that so I suggest you don't.

Your internal problems aren't our affair. What we want is Freak dealt with. If you can't do that or you are unwilling to do that say so and we can get the ban in place and move on. If you think that by continuing to come here and complain it won't do you any good. So here is your choice as stated. Deal with Freak or get banned. He represents XXX after all.

We are still going to make our official response later tonight after we are able to discuss things with Mavrik, but a comment was needed.

We are also still asking that one of your admins look through the server logs from the most recent incident and see who it was that was actually admin hacking your server if at all possible.

Yes the =[C]= clan was aware of the ban but he was allowed to play because of the 2 year rule, which applied to all clans and since other clans were allowed to have players play, XxX was also cleared.

This is about you not being able to take responsablity for one of your members. This is about you whining that you can't deal with the problem. This BG is just one more thing in a line of things that Freak has done. For Christ sake man, what the hell does it take for you guys to deal with your people when they make you look bad. Your boy came here and created the problem. We asked him to stop, he didn't. We asked you to make him stop and you wouldn't. you have a code of conduct, that is set for the clan to follow, usually is
agreed on by the majority of the clan, or in some cases, the clan leader.
Anytime I have seen in the past, where the "whole clan" votes on every
thing, NOTHING gets done. Someone said earlier, its like the lord of the flies,
that basicly is what it boils down to. No one takes responsibility, and total
chaos evolves. You guys have the right to "run" your clan your way, but
Thanatos and other clans, have the right to run theres also, there way, which
also, means not putting up with the total chaos that some clans bring.

Oh btw, someone asked earlier, who is PackyRat? just for your info, I was one
of the founders of the Thanatos clan, and STILL a good friend.

Freak was banned from the server. Who cares. Can {XxX} members honestly sit there and act surprised after all his shenanigans? Not to mention that linked banned account.

Someone asked if this would have happened if there wasn't "bad blood" between Freak and Homebrew.

Ok I guess I will post this here concerning Freak and =[C]= clans dealings with him. Here is the 411. This is not our first rodeo with Freak. Back in June 2008 Freak was ban and those accounts have always been ban sense then. And now his new accounts have been added also.

It is clear Freak is a insulting disrespectful player that does not appreciate the service provided. He was ban back in 2008 for good reason. One of his accounts was caught by ACI for a MICBOT CHEAT. He plain and simple cheated he has no place playing on a server with straight up honest players and play with clans that fight so hard to keep low life cheats off of our servers. AA3 is coming out soon the slate will be cleaned. I think your very capable of finishing your time in the LINKED TO CHEATER section. Now as far as his attitude is concerned I have a feeling your going to be at the top of the brand new AA3 ban list because turds do seems to float to the top.

Freaks ban will remain for the remainder of AA2 he is directly linked to a ACI ban account.

There were many clans involved with less strict banning policies so that was why Freak was allowed to play in the tournaments. Freak was cleared by =[C]=300lb.Gorilla only to play in the tournament NOT in the =[C]= servers or now the THANATOS servers.

Freak has insulted are clan leadership and members with no apology.

As for the Clan tag ban ONLY the LEADER of =[C]= and THANATOS has that right to issue such a ban.

My 2 cents is I can ban you one at a time we need only to spank the unruly .
