If you truely don't have a defacto LEADER, then it must be the MAJORITY that makes the decisions. Appoint someone to represent the MAJORITY, then address the issue and come up with a solution or an answer. As a group, authorize that person to speak for the clan!

You will never be accepted as a part of the community of clans if you are a leaderless entity that fails to take responsibility for those that wear your tags! Perhaps now is the time to finally legitimize your "group" as a responsible clan! Take this OPPORTUNITY to make some decisions and let a LEADER step forth!

we all pay for ts or vent, mavricks name, we all have admins to ts and forums, we all vote who joins majority of yes or no wins. we all own clan tags were all wearing them right? but the person your looking for who started the clan is mavrick, which he does not policing the forums because hes at work, but i will nominate freak to talk about this? (okay had to throw a little humor) but i will have someone other then me i guess come post if thats whatcha want,.

Durka's a swell guy, but he wasn't there for the match, this incident, and is not the clan leader. The only clan LEADER we have is Mavrik. Just letting you know, since you seem to think that our clan LEADER told you that we can't control our members.

I think Companyman hit the spot when he said that you it should be manage, not control. Saying you control your members make your clan seem like more of a cult or something creepy with old hairy guys, as opposed to what it is. A gaming clan.

Obviously Freak has been a pain in the ass, for both of our clans, but it's been a day and a half. We do not all live in the same place, we do not all play every single night, or communicate directly (TS) every day. You need to give us the time to deal with issues like this before you start acting like we are ignoring the problem and pretending nothing happened.

If someone could go looking through the server logs and try to find out who was using the admin hacks, that would be great. I'm not going to say it wasn't Freak, but I wont say I have doubts about him being clean just because someone was hacking admin messages while he was on the server. It would be useful to have an account name.

I also have to add that before Freak even got involved in the before match forum talk, Hades (I hate pointing fingers) had been very confrontational. I don't know if he was just having a bad day, was stressed about his AP exams, or what, but he seemed to take it personally when I asked if we could follow up on the initial rescheduling idea that was started by the THANATOS team. Just thought I would add that, since some people seem to be under the assumption that Freak was the only reason any of these issues were started in the first place. Not saying that they were the only two involved either though.

The point is that if you are unwilling or unable to deal with Freak then we will deal with the issue our own way. Your clan has been given the opportunity to deal with him and it wasn't done. You say you don't want your whole clan banned. Fine, deal with Freak. He represents all of you and there for you get the suffer the consiquences of his actions.

When everything he posted on our forums in the "Match Setup" thread was rude, disrespecful and he was being a smart ass. So ithe bad blood that has been around awhile is not true. if you wanna see the demorec i have it. apperantly Freak has been telling you his side of the story and like a good clanmate, you all probably believed him. Please ask for the demorec, so you can see how intentional it was. About the hacking part, I'm not sure it was him and some hacks are undetectable so don''t think your BG check are flawless. It was just funny how the "admin message hacks" stopped after he left.
