Scrim Setup Template
Copy and paste, then fill out in a separate thread to request a scrim.

1. Number of players: (5v5, 6v6, etc.)
2. Map Name:
3. Time in E.S.T. and Date :
4. Server IP: (Only if you want it on your server)
5. Your Clan Forum Website:

We will try to get back to any request for a scrim a.s.a.p.
