We've been behind schedule because of the tourney and Gold and my absences. We are setting the Charter, Mission Statement, and Constitution at present. Once these are done, we will accept application for membership until we feel we are ready to vote and ratify the Charter and Constitution. At that time those members will become the Charter Members and will be largely responsibile for helping set the direction and scope of the organization. At that time, further rules, policies, and procudures will be implemented by the governing body.

Preliminary info:
A Clan Unit will consist of at least 10 legitimate individuals.
In the event a clan doesn't have enough members, smaller clans may merge to form a Clan Unit.
Each Clan Unit will have two representatives on the council.
Representatives should be authorized to vote on key issues by their respective membership.
Representatives MUST have the trust of their members and authority to bind the clan in arbitration, mediation, or negotiations.
Each Clan Unit must agree to AACL mediation and/or arbitration of an issue brought before the council for solution.
The results of mediation/arbitration are VOLUNTARY compliance.
Membership in the AACL is also VOLUNTARY.
A forum has been set up and will convey new and useful information for all member clans.
Ban lists may be shared by member clans.
Problem players will be monitored and reported on by/for all member clans. This shared information will help minimize the damage that can be done.
