Awesome, I am currently on a small campaign at work to change the way we motivate and incetnivise staff.

I work for one of the 4 major banks in Australia, i was amazed to find out that an entry level sales person in a branch has 21 KPI measures that they need to monitor to ensure they are on target! 21!!!! are you kidding me. They probably spend so much time trying to work out where they are HTD they have little time left to actually sell anything.

My aim is to get it down to just 2-5. Wish me luck

KPI = Key Performance Indicator. Basically different measures they need to achieve to receive a bonus
