Power Question

I noticed that on my G11 keyboard, the led lights flicker alot, they dont come off and on, just like from bright to dim and so on, was just wondering if its a sign that there isnt proper power flow from psu, or powerbar or if the keyboard is just dieing cause its about 2 + yrs old now.
