No idea who Nancy Grace is, but very interesting reading Angel. 2 more options available, if you're extremely paranoid, there's always the old standby's of a big ass electronic magnet, and/or the format where you write 0's to the hd in a thoroughly random manner. The 2nd could probably still be recovered if they were really intent on it.
