AA3 Tweaks (try these if you had lag issues)

Well the patches have fixed some of the lag issues but I found these tweaks and I think they might let people that don't meet the requirements for the game at least run it at 20-30 fps (Shiver).

Edit: BTW I don't really like the game as a whole but it is becoming playable. It has the BS moments mixed in but you can play fine 80% of the time.
