DAWNG, you dog u. Nice to hear from you. I am an old fart now that I turned 50 this past October. Retirement .. not yet. I really miss playing with you guys and gals. I finaly got a month off of teaching and I'm loving it. Working on building a third stream of income. Maybe you will get Goldy to post again. Woot!!

I'll throw you a bone about our activity: There's a handfull of us that still play, and a lesser amount on the new version. 3.x has gotten stale with the same 5 maps over and over and over. Combine this with the lag/hit detection issues (yeah, you can adjust by leading all your shots, but you shouldn't have to lead a target 2 meters away) and you've got a lot of people unmotivated to play that game.

When they fix it, it'll take off. Until then, we're all kinda in limbo. A lot of us can't run the game because it's a hog for what it is, and I don't blame anyone for not wanting to upgrade their rig for a game that doesn't work right.

On a brighter note, I hope this thread does get Goldy to post so we can spam ball bra at him again.

I take it from your comments, Goldy is not around much anymore.
He is pretty old, maybe he forgot his login info (got mine on the first try)
to bad the army can't get this new ver. up to par.
Still the old ver. is a great game....I started playing in ver. 1.5
Oh and BTW, I'm retired from AA not work...still have a few good years left in me at 42.
It was good to hear from some people that remember the old Dawg, maybe Goldy will show up after all.
