Need help returning a package to China

So some of you know that I got ripped off buying a pair of Sennheiser PC 350's from some asshole in China. I disputed the case on eBay and won and apparently have to ship the fake broken pair back to get a refund, cause eBay is full of smart people. Tried talking them to make them understand (shipping counterfeit items is illegal, address is in Chinese and I have no fucking idea what it says, etc) and they just completely ignored my last email so I guess I better get to shipping this cause I only have like 6 days to provide a tracking number.

So the problem is that I can't decipher this address and I need someones help figuring out how to go about doing this.
