My pb guide was banned today while on your server. All that was said was "goodbye hacker." I take great offense to that. I was not given an actual explanation as to why I was banned. Nor was I given information about how to appeal until I went back into the server under another name. I do not appreciate the lack of information given. However, I am requesting and appeal. I will provide any information possible to you, feel free to contact ACI about me directly. Normally I wouldn't care if I was banned, but your server is one I enjoy playing on and I respected your members highly until tonight. I do not feel the ban was rightfully given. Again, I will provide all the information I can and if you could contact me at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:mikewilson838@yahoo.com">mikewilson838@yahoo.com</a><!-- e --> that would be great. Thank you to those who look over this issue whether I am unbanned or not.

i am sorry for the bluntness of myself during the ban. i am and was intoxicated. i have attached a screen shot of the link between yourself and Oceaniac. either one you had a lan party or 2 you have a hacker in your house on a second computer either way there is no way of knowing which is which. i realize that there is no MAC link and the hack account has never logged in on your computer but the IP concerns me.

24MEU has had too many hacker incidents and that makes your case weaker. But if you can provide concrete evidence to suggest that you were wrongly accused then things might change.

Raptor, while I'm not one of our AC people (and apologize if I'm stepping in where I shouldn't), I'll simply say first and foremost, thank you for bothering to put the time and effort in to come here and express your opinions in a mature and well thought out way. We, as a clan, do our best (as do our allies) to provide a fair and clean server to anyone/everyone that joins it. We're not perfect, nor do we claim to be, I was not present at the aforementioned time, so I have no say in the matter. I will tell you that everyone that has admin power on our server will not act without a good reason. There are reasons we have kicks/bans. I'll tell you now, that the server is logged, and that this will be looked into asap. One of the biggest reasons for a ban on bridge has been pillar leaning, it's a glitch/exploit and will not be tolerated. Again, I wasn't there, the logs are there, they will be checked, and an answer will be given to you shortly. Again, thanks for popping in and stating your case in a well mannered way. We'll let you know asap. Take care.

I thank all of you who looked into this. I understand 24MEU had some problems, that is why Pismo and I left that clan. As to how we have the same IP and Macs...We live in the same town and are good friends. He plays on a laptop and will often play at my house. so we usually are on the same Mac and IP. No worries about the kick/ban though, I realize things happen and I thank you all into looking at my appeal.
