I couldn't really see much that I understood regarding the amperage. Does that PSU meet the 16A you were referring to for each rail?

You can get decent DDR2 ram for 35-40 after rebate.

if your not gonna be running sli that psu is fine, but if you plan on doing it in the future you may need a more powerful psu, other than that it looks good.

This MOBO is cheaper, a little less memory capability, but is SLI-ready.

It's good, I got the 750i and I would have bought the 780i if I had the money.
