Need a new headset

So my spare mic finally died and I think its time to just get a new headset, usually i just pick up a pair of logitechs or some cheap seinnheissers, this time i want to get a good pair my price range is about 60 bucks, dont knnow to much about them. ill go up to 100 if its a really good pair of seinheissers or something. So any suggestions?

Zalmans are cheap now.. 5.1 though.
i used to do the same as you Aaron but then i splurged this summer and finally bought a pair of Sennheiser's and i cant complain and they i find are pretty durable ive dropped mine step on lightly a couple times and all is well. worth the extra in the long run imho

yea i bought a pair of seins which is what im using now but the mic is dead on it cause i ran over the cord so many times.
I had zalmans, they kinda sucked i especially since they just flat out died.

my barracuda's, which I love :dance: are usb powered, ie, built in amp, 7.1 channels, etc. Might wanna check out Logitech though, not sure about the usb thing though.

I have Senn 497s... they're pretty good for sound, but the padding is kind of thinner than I expected, so the plastic on the inside touches your ear... hurts after long time playing. Got them for $47, I think.

Get the mdr v600 from Sony ya noob. Only 67 dollars and are considered the best headsets out there for this game!!! Screw gaming headsets they are worthless...get music headsets!
