I think you missed the point.
I always thought arbitration was bullshit. Most employers I've had, required that all employees "voluntarily" sign an arbitration clause, that was mandatory for employment. Excuse me, but making me sign this before I get a paycheck leads me to believe that they're going to attempt to dick me over at some point. Guess what? Every one of them with the arbitrary arbitration HAS tried to dick me over at some point.
