Im getting a BSOD at least once every 2 days, sometime I could be gaming, sometimes surfing net, or even working in an office document.

Not sure what I need to look at to work out where the problem is.

Can't decipher it, try posting on a popular tech forums where the have a couple Microsoft MVP's. They generally have access to MSDN (I don't remember my login) and they can search the database or provide more detailed info.

A 10e typically refers to video memory issues be it from a driver or a bad card. Vista had an issue that a hot fix resolved but on 7 it was included. Try updating or rolling back your video card driver. If that fails to resolve try a different card.

Start - type in Search box -  COMMAND   find at top of list -  RIGHT CLICK  -  RUN AS ADMIN

sfc /scannow

Then run checkdisk - schedule it to run at next start and then Apply OK your way out then restart.

Next time it happens, write down the stopcode and post it here.

Should be at the bottom of the BSOD, syntax is "0x0000000_ (parameter, parameter, parameter, parameter)"
