I haven't used Xbox Live for over 4 months now and today I check my spam folder and see that my service was auto-renewed yesterday...
So I get on the website and after digging for 15 minutes find a prompt to cancel auto-renewal and after going through "Are you sure..." prompts I checked account status page and Auto-Renew is still on... This time I can't even get to the page to cancel auto-renew.
Fine, so I try to remove my credit card info... 5 min later I can't do that either cause there is an "outstanding balance" (fuckers just charged me $50+ tax and still want more?).
Next step... email support which has these dated drop downs and none have the option for billing, great, but I send an email anyways.
Final step... call customer support and after waiting for 45-50 minutes I get disconnected.
Fucking assholes did not give any indication that the service renews itself, no email to warn prior to being billed, nothing short of a fucking ripoff.
Will check tomorrow to see if they respond to email and if they don't will have to call back to talk to "Bob" in India.
